Active Shooter Response Foundation Class
Training for all facility staff (property management, engineering and security). Class explains the three main goals of any active shooter situation. Discussion of how staff and facility systems will be utilized to rapidly achieve those goals.

Incident Management System Class
Effective communication is essential for an effective response. This class will teach a key facility managers (property managers, chief engineer, security director) the system to delegate and keep account of all key tasks.

Workplace Violence and Active Shooter Response Training Exercise
We learn by doing. To ensure a rapid response, you must practice your response plan. While the building is quiet, we conduct reality-based training scenarios that are specific to your facility. The realistic scenarios will identify any short comings with the initial response plan and give your team members the confidence needed to respond. Multiple safety protocols are in place to make sure that there is a sterile safe training environment for participants. No weapons are utilized during the training exercise.
